| Do you want to have fun during your orthodontic treatment? You can in our office!! We are all excited to tell you about our ORTHOBUCK program. You have a chance to earn really cool prizes by being a great patient. Let us explain the program to you. We all know that the orthodontic experience is one that requires a lot of cooperation on your part in order to achieve the beautiful smile that we all want you to have. As you know, Dr. Crawford does not get too excited when you come to your appointment with dirty teeth, swollen gums, and broken braces, arrive late or miss your appointment. You know, the “bad stuff”! Well, here is your chance to earn cool stuff for not having the bad stuff and at the same time make Dr. Crawford happy because your treatment is going so smoothly. We call it earning ORTHOBUCS!! In addition, you can earn ORTHOBUCKS by wearing your headgear (if you are supposed to) and by not having any loose or broken braces when you come to your appointment. You earn ORTHOBUCKS by wearing your headgear, your rubber bands (if you are supposed to) or not having any loose or broken braces when you come to your appointments. You can also earn ORTHOBUCKS if you bring us proof of community service, if you have a good report card (A’s & B’s), and if you are on time and never miss any of your appointments. NOW, you are probably wondering what to do with all of these ORTHOBUCKS you will earn. Your ORTHOBUCKS can be traded in for a number of cool and exciting prizes including gift certificates to the mall, restaurants, movie passes, t-shirts, teeth whitening, and much much more! Start earning your ORTHOBUCKS today. Once you have earned enough, the prize is yours!! ORTHOBUCK GUIDELINES You will earn orthobucks each time you do the following: 1. Make your regularly scheduled appointment and ARRIVE ON TIME! 2. Excellent oral hygiene improvement. 1 ORTHOBUCK 3. No broken brackets, loose bands, broken wires, or lost or broken appliance. 1 ORTHOBUCK 4. Wear your appliance as instructed whether it be headgear, rubber bands, lip bumpers, etc. 1 ORTHOBUCK 5. Wear your Dr. Crawford t-shirt to your next appointment. 6. Bring us your next report card showing us your good grades (A's & B's).
We will even give you ORTHOBUCKS for an improved grade.
7. Bring us proof of community service or charity work, like volunteering to
help someone less fortunate.

9. If Dr. Crawford or any of our staff sees you with your t-shirt on outside our office, like at the mall, the movies, restaurants, etc. 5 ORTHOBUCKS 10. Refer a patient to our office. Be sure to tell them that it was YOU that referred them. 10 ORTHOBUCKS (after their new patient evaluation) Maximum of 10 ORTHBUCKS per visit given to each patient.
ORTHOBUCKS are only given out once you are in braces and will stop once you are debanded. |
